Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using TickerLab, you agree to these Terms of Service and related policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Services
We provide market data APIs, documentation, dashboard tools, and related account functionality. Features may be modified, added, or removed as part of normal operations.
3. Accounts and Security
- You must provide accurate and complete account information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys.
- You must promptly notify us of unauthorized use or security incidents.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the service for illegal, infringing, or abusive activities;
- Bypass quotas, rate limits, or access controls;
- Attack, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse service infrastructure.
5. Billing and Quotas
Paid plans, credits, rate limits, and overage charges are defined in the dashboard and pricing pages. Upgrades take effect immediately after successful payment, while downgrades take effect in the next billing cycle by default.
For the current release, upgrade charge is calculated as the monthly fee delta between target and current plan. We may adjust credits or suspend service for refunds, disputes, or suspicious transactions.
6. Refunds and Disputes
Digital API credits are generally non-refundable once consumed. Eligible refund cases include duplicate platform charges, paid orders with no credit delivery due to confirmed platform fault, and legally required statutory cases.
Refunds are generally not available for user integration mistakes, normal credit consumption, or subjective dissatisfaction not caused by platform faults. Disputes must be submitted within 7 calendar days after settlement.
Our target handling window is initial response within 2 business days and final decision within 7 business days (excluding complex investigations).
7. Billing Statements and Reconciliation
Order records include order number, payment method, amount/currency, status, delivered credits, and transaction/invoice reference ids. Users can review order history in the dashboard and export data based on available platform features.
8. Data and Disclaimer
We strive for data quality and availability but do not guarantee absolute real-time accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. The service is provided “as is” and does not constitute investment advice.
9. Intellectual Property
Software, documentation, and related platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or redistribution beyond authorized use is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or data loss.
11. Risk Controls and Account Actions
We may limit, review, or suspend accounts for fraud indicators, scripted abuse, repeated chargebacks/disputes, attempts to bypass access controls, or other material security/compliance risks.
During review, API access and payout/refund workflows may be temporarily restricted. Appeals should include relevant order ids, integration evidence, and contact identity details.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or security/compliance risks. You may stop using the service at any time.
13. Support and Incident Communication
Free users receive best-effort email support. Paid plans enter a prioritized handling queue. For major incidents, we may publish status updates through in-product notices or other channels.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
